Article XII Prohibitions and Restrictions

§ 114-50 Purchase, acceptance or possession prohibited.

No person to whom the sale, gift or delivery of any alcoholic liquor is prohibited because of age shall purchase or accept a gift of such alcoholic liquor or have such alcoholic liquor in his or her possession.

§ 114-51 Accepting delivery prohibited.

No person under the age of 21 years shall purchase, accept delivery or have possession of alcoholic liquor.

§ 114-52 Consumption prohibited.

The possession or consumption of alcoholic liquor by any person under 21 years of age is forbidden.

§ 114-53 Penalty. [1]

Whoever violates any provision of this Part 2 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750.
