No person shall operate a gas-operated internal combustion engine of any kind on Mishnock Lake in the Town of West Greenwich.
Electric-powered or wind-powered boats shall not be operated closer than 50 feet to any swimmer in Lake Mishnock.

Any person who operates a boat in violation of this article shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense.
