The Township of Plainfield hereby adopts the following Schedules
which are attached hereto and made a part of this Part.

Taxpayers Bill of Rights.

Schedules 2, 3, 4 and 5 to this Part may be revised, from time
to time by resolution of this Board, without the need for advertisement
or passage of an ordinance, inasmuch as said Schedules simply provide
a Disclosure Statement summarizing the rules and regulations, the
form of petition under which appeals will be filed, and the form for
request of an extension of time. Schedule 1 (the Rules and Regulations)
may be amended through an amendatory ordinance.
