Section 125.200 Tax Increment Financing Commission.

There is hereby established the Tax Increment Financing Commission of the City of Olivette, Missouri (the “TIF Commission”). The members of the TIF Commission shall be appointed in the manner described in Section 99.820 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended. The City Manager, at the direction of the Mayor, may convene the TIF Commission for the purposes described in the TIF Act.
