No restaurant shall sell alcoholic liquor between the hours
of 1:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and no alcoholic liquor shall be consumed
on the premises between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Food shall be available at all hours that any restaurant is
open for the sale of alcoholic liquor.
The Building Inspector or designee shall inspect all restaurants
or dinner theaters at least annually to ensure compliance with this
chapter.
