The First Selectman of the Town of Burlington shall make, erect
and maintain, at such places in the Town, signs and markings for the
direction and regulation of traffic and the parking of vehicles upon

connection with any public work or undertaking in such street or public
place.

Town shall give written notice to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles
which shall include location of the vehicle, the time the vehicle
was first discovered and such other data and description of the vehicle
