The purpose of this article is to set the maximum income allowable pursuant to § 467, Subdivision 3(a), of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York.

Real property located within the Town of Clayton owned by one or by one or more persons, each of whom is 65 years of age or over, or who otherwise qualify under Real Property Tax Law § 467, shall be exempt from taxation to the extent provided in the following schedule.
