A Warrington Township police force and/or department is hereby
created as of the date hereof and the Board will forthwith advertise
for, interview and test and thereafter employ a full-time Chief of
Police and will employ such full- and/or part-time officers, purchase
such equipment, and do such other acts as are necessary to effectuate
the establishment of said police force.
