No person shall park any vehicle upon a street or alley in such
a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than
10 feet of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular
traffic on a one-way street or alley, or less than 20 feet of the
width of the roadway where traffic in both directions is authorized.
No person, except a physician on an emergency call, shall park
a vehicle on any street for a period of time longer than 30 minutes
between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of any day, without the
prior permission of the police.
The Traffic Commission is authorized to direct the erection
of signs upon either side of any one-way street, to prohibit the standing
or parking of vehicles, and when such signs are in place no person
shall stand or park a vehicle upon such side of such street in violation
of any such sign.
No person shall park any vehicle or permit any vehicle to remain
parked upon any Village street after a precipitation of snow thereon
of three inches or more, until such street has been plowed or scraped
and rendered passable, nor shall any person stop, stand or park any
vehicle so as to obstruct equipment clearing the streets of snow.
