No person, being under 21 years of age and not accompanied by
a parent or legal guardian, shall knowingly possess, transport, or
carry on his person, any alcohol or alcoholic beverages. This section
shall not apply to a person between the ages of 18 and 21 who knowingly
possesses, transports or carries on his person, alcohol or alcoholic
beverages in the course of his employment.
This bylaw shall be enforced by a noncriminal disposition pursuant
to MGL c. 40, § 21D by any police officer. The fine for a violation
of this bylaw shall be $300 for the first offense and subsequent offenses.
