The following definitions are applicable to this article:
ENTER OR REMAIN UNLAWFULLY
A person enters or remains unlawfully in or upon the premises when he or she is not licensed or privileged to do so; a person who, regardless of his or her intent, enters or remains in or upon the premises.
PREMISES
Includes that part of Canajoharie Creek and Canajoharie Falls within 300 feet of the top and bottom of the Canajoharie Falls within the territorial limits of the Village of Canajoharie's Wintergreen Park.
A person is guilty of trespass when he or she enters or remains unlawfully in or upon the premises.

A violation of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
