Town of Easton, MA Chapter 8 Collector of Taxes

§ 8-1 Powers and duties.

The Collector of Taxes shall collect, under the title of Town Collector, all accounts due the town which are committed to him and shall maintain a suitable permanent record thereof. Said accounts shall be abated only on the written request of the officer or department committing the same to said Town Collector.
