Parsons Pond Park shall be open for use by the public from dawn
to dusk.
In addition to the rules and regulations set forth in Article I of this chapter, the following rules and regulations shall apply to Parsons Pond Park:
A.Â
Fishing shall be permitted with a New Jersey State license.
B.Â
Littering is prohibited.
C.Â
Boating is prohibited.
D.Â
Swimming and wading are prohibited.
E.Â
Motorized vehicles, including but not limited to all-terrain vehicles,
are prohibited, except on roadways or in parking lot.
F.Â
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
G.Â
Fires are prohibited.
H.Â
Dogs are permitted, provided they are kept on leash.
I.Â
No ice skating or ice fishing.
