The fifty-foot setback applies for existing homes located within
60 feet of the property line at the time of ordinance adoption. The
intent is to provide an additional buffer for nonconforming residential
parcels. The length of the fifty-foot setback shall be determined
by the Planning Commission based on topography, sight lines and proximity
of the house to the developed portion of the cemetery.
