City of Lowell, MA Chapter 150 Fees

[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lowell 11-28-2006; amended in its entirety 1-31-2017. Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]

§ 150-1 Fee schedule adopted.

Chapter 150 is deleted in its entirety and in its place is substituted and inserted a new Chapter 150, entitled "Fee Schedule," with a new numbering system, all as shown on the City of Lowell Fee Schedule attached, marked "A," and incorporated by reference and made a part hereof.[1]

§ 150-2 When effective.

All fees for permits, fees, charges, etc., as set forth in this chapter shall be effective upon passage hereof.

§ 150-3 Effect on inconsistent fees and fees set forth elsewhere.

A. All fees for permits, fees, charges, etc., as set forth elsewhere in the Code of the City of Lowell which are inconsistent with this chapter are hereby repealed, and this chapter shall prevail.

B. All fees for permits, fees, charges, etc., as set forth in the Code of the City of Lowell, or otherwise established, and not changed by this chapter shall remain in effect.
