The smoking or carrying of lighted cigarettes, cigars or pipes
shall be prohibited at all times in the Borough Building located at
Fourth and Main Streets, Watsontown, Pennsylvania.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this Part shall,
upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $600. In default
of payment of this fine, such person shall be subject to imprisonment
of not more than 30 days. All fines collected for violation of this
Part shall be paid to the Borough of Watsontown.
