It shall be unlawful for any juvenile, 17 years of age or under, to be in or remain on any of the streets, alleys, parks or public premises in the Borough of Watsontown between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except that on Friday and Saturday nights the hours shall be from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. This § 6-101 shall not apply in the following circumstances:
1. 
When said juvenile is accompanied by a responsible adult person over the age of 21 years of age;
2. 
When said juvenile is en route to or from an organized school-sponsored event;
3. 
When said juvenile is en route to or from an occupation which he or she is gainfully employed; or
4. 
When said juvenile is en route or from an event sponsored by a religious or service organization.

When any juvenile is apprehended and taken into custody under the terms of this Part 1 by any police officer of the Borough of Watsontown, it shall be the duty of the juvenile so taken into custody to establish proof of age in a doubtful case.

Any juvenile who shall violate the provisions of this Part 1 shall be guilty upon conviction thereof before a Magisterial District Judge, shall be subject to the payment of a fine of not less than $5, nor more than $600, together with costs of prosecution, and, in default of the payment of the same, the matter shall be referred by the Magisterial District Judge to the Northumberland County Juvenile Probation Office.
