It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to transport,
carry, possess or have any alcoholic liquor beverages in any motor
vehicle within the limits of the Borough of Watsontown unless the
same shall be in the original package and with the seal unbroken.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to transport,
carry or have any alcoholic liquor or alcoholic beverages in his,
her, or their possession on any public street, alley, highway or sidewalk,
or in any public building belonging to and/or maintained by the Borough
of Watsontown, unless the same is in the original package and with
the seal unbroken.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to consume any
alcoholic liquor or alcoholic beverages on any public street, alley,
or highway, or sidewalk or in any public building and or land areas
belonging to or maintained by the Borough of Watsontown.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or firms,
corporation or corporations to litter with alcoholic liquor, alcoholic
beverage or soft drink cans, bottles or other containers any public
street, alley, highway or sidewalk within the limits of the Borough
of Watsontown or any public building or land area owned and maintained
by said Borough.

Any person or persons, firm or firms, corporation or corporations
who shall violate the provisions of this Part 2 shall be guilty upon
conviction thereof before a Magisterial District Judge, shall be subject
to the payment of a fine not to exceed $600, together with costs of
prosecution, and, in default of the payment of the same, shall be
imprisoned in the Northumberland County Prison for a term not exceeding
30 days, and any corporation or corporations which shall permit or
allow any provision of this Part 2 to be violated shall be subject
to a penalty not to exceed $600, to be recovered the same as debts
of like amount are now recoverable by law.
