Every residence within the limits of the Borough of Watsontown
shall be charged a monthly fee or charge of $13.50 per month for two
pickups per week of one bag which may be up to 20 gallons of refuse
plus $1 payable directly to the collector for each additional bag
of refuse, which fee or charge shall be billed with the electric current
bill which covers such residence for the previous billing period.
Any residence which does not have a separate electric meter shall
be billed with the electric account which provides the current. Any
residence which is not supplied electric current by the Borough of
Watsontown shall be billed for refuse collection and/or disposal service.

The Borough Manager of the Borough of Watsontown shall be charged
with the duty of collecting and shall have the power to collect the
fees or charges imposed by this Part 2.

All unpaid and delinquent fees or charges imposed under the
provisions of this Part 2 shall be collected by the filing of a municipal
lien or liens, by action of assumpsit, or in any other manner authorized
by law.
