All snow and ice on any pavement or sidewalk or footwalk in
the Borough of Watsontown in front of or adjoining any church, public
building, house, store, shop or other building or in front of any
lot shall be removed within 24 hours after said snow shall have ceased
to fall or after said ice has formed, by the owner, tenant, or occupier
of the same or by any person having control thereof.

Following the plowing or removal of snow from any street or
alley in the Borough of Watsontown, it shall be unlawful for any person
or persons, business or corporation to blow with a snowblower, shovel,
push or throw, or cause to be blown, shoveled, pushed or thrown, any
snow onto such cleared street or alley.

Any person or persons, business or corporation violating the
terms of this Part 3 shall be guilty upon conviction thereof before
a Magisterial District Judge in the County of Northumberland and be
subject to the payment of a fine not to exceed $600 together with
costs of prosecution, and, in default of the payment of the same,
shall be imprisoned in the Northumberland County Prison for a period
not to exceed 30 days; and any business or corporation which shall
allow the provisions of this Part 3 to be violated shall be subject
to a penalty not to exceed $600 to be recovered, with costs, the same
as debts of like amount are recoverable by law.

1. It shall be unlawful for any person, association, firm, partnership, corporation or any other entity owning, possessing or occupying any property along any dedicated or undedicated public street or alleyway within the Borough of Watsontown, in removing said snow, ice, hail or sleet as set forth in §
21-301 hereof, to deposit same in such a manner as to do any of the following:
A. Obscure visibility of any fire hydrant.
B. Obstruct or impede access to any fire hydrant.
