The Village Board of Trustees shall establish fees by resolution for the following: building permits and other matters addressed in Chapter 108; applications for consideration of matters before the Planning Board, including subdivision applications; applications for consideration of matters before the Zoning Board of Appeals; Clerk's fees; parking tickets; fees for enforcement of Village laws; and other similar or related applications as determined appropriate by the Board.
