A.
A person
desiring to utilize any outdoor public facility owned and maintained
by the Borough shall be required to comply with the Outdoor Facilities
Use Policy and pay a nonrefundable fee of $100.
B.
A person
desiring to utilize any indoor public facility owned and maintained
by the Borough shall be required to comply with the Rental Building
Use Policy and pay a nonrefundable fee of $100 and a refundable deposit
of $300.
