If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or
phrase of this chapter shall be declared invalid for any reason whatsoever,
such a decision shall not affect the remaining portions of the Ordinance,
which shall remain in full force and effect, and for this purpose
the provisions of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable.
All ordinances of the Township of Westampton which are inconsistent
with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent
of such inconsistency.
This chapter shall take effect upon final passage, approval,
and publication, as required by law.
