It shall be unlawful for any number of persons to assemble at the corners of streets, alleys or other parts of the township and demean themselves in a rude, indecent, profane or disorderly manner, or obstruct the footway to the annoyance of persons or in a manner subversive to the good order of the township, or for any such person to persist in such conduct after being notified by any police officer to depart peaceably therefrom or to desist therefrom.
No person shall perform toilet functions, including but not limited to urination and defecation, in any public areas, public structures or buildings or public ways of the Township except in facilities designed for that purpose and open to the public.

A violation of any of the provisions of any section of this chapter shall be punishable, upon conviction thereof by the Judge of the Municipal Court, by a fine not exceeding $2,000 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, in the Judge's discretion. Each day that the offense occurs shall be deemed to be a separate occurrence and offense.
