Any person found guilty of violation of the provisions of this Chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Section 100.220 of this Code. No provision of this Chapter shall be deemed to limit the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of Saline County, Missouri, Marshall Municipal Division, to hear and determine criminal violations of this Chapter.
