A certain document, one (1) digital copy of which is on file
in the office of the Clerk of the City of Marshall, being marked and
designated as the International Plumbing Code, 2015 edition, including
Appendix Chapters B, D, E, and F, as published by the International
Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the
City of Marshall, Missouri, regulating and governing the design, construction,
quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair,
location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance
of plumbing systems as herein provided; providing for the issuance
of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the
regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Plumbing
Code on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Marshall, Missouri,
are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully
set out in this Division, with the additions, insertions, deletions
and changes, if any prescribe in this Division.

A. The following sections are hereby revised as follows:

Section 101.1: Insert: The City of Marshall, Missouri.

Section 106.6.2: Insert: The plumbing permit fees established
by this Section shall be as follows:
a.
New sewer: five dollars ($5.00).
b.
Sewer repair, replace: five dollars ($5.00).
c.
Septic tank: ten dollars ($10.00).
d.
Water service: five dollars ($5.00).
e.
Gas distribution: five dollars ($5.00).
f.
Heating or cooling ventilating system, each: five dollars ($5.00).
g.
Stool, each: two dollars ($2.00).
h.
Each additional fixture: two dollars ($2.00).
i.
Reinspection: five dollars ($5.00).
j.
Minimum fee: ten dollars ($10.00).
k.
Maximum fee: two hundred dollars ($200.00).

Additional fixtures include, but are not limited to, bath tubs,
lavatory, shower stall, sinks, disposals floor drain, laundry machine,
water fountain, urinal-men, urinal-women, water heater, gas fixtures,

because of change needed to meet Code requirements.

Section 109.1: Revised to read:
109.1 General: Appeals of orders, decisions or
determinations made by the Building Official relative to the application
and interpretation of this Code shall be heard by the City of Marshall
Board of Appeals, as established, adopted and amended from time to
time by the City of Marshall, Missouri. The Board of Appeals shall
follow the practices and procedures followed by the Board of Code
Enforcement.

Section 109.2 to 109.7: Revised to read:
109.2 Membership, Qualifications And Procedures: The Board of Appeals shall consist of not less than four (4) members
who are qualified by experience and training to pass on matters pertaining
to building construction, fire protection or other areas of construction,
property maintenance or building trades. Officers and/or employees
of the City of Marshall, Missouri, may serve as members of the Board
of Appeals. The Board of Appeals shall follow the practices and procedures
followed by the Board of Code Enforcement. The Board of Appeals shall

The City Council shall make such rules and regulations in furtherance
of the purposes of this Article for the installation, repair, or alteration
of air-conditioning systems, water-treatment equipment and water-operated
devices as may be deemed necessary to properly protect the water supply
system.
