No person shall behave in a rude or disorderly manner, nor use loud, profane or indecent language, nor throw stones, snowballs or other missiles in any street or other public place.
No person shall loiter upon any sidewalks, street or way of the Town or upon private property thereto without the consent of the owner thereof, after he has been requested by a constable or police officer to depart.
No person shall drink any alcoholic beverages as defined in MGL c. 138, § 1, while on, in or upon any public way or upon any way to which the public has a right of access, or any place to which members of the public have access as invitees or licensees, park or playground or private land or place without consent of the owner or person in control thereof. All alcoholic beverages being used in violation of this chapter shall be seized and safely held until final adjudication of the charge against the person or persons arrested or summoned before the court, at which time they shall be returned to the person entitled to lawful possession, provided that such portion of the above-defined beverages used for analysis shall be disposed of according to law.
A. 
There shall be no trespassing on any property normally used for school purposes while school is in session, nor from one hour after sunset to one hour before sunrise.
B. 
There shall be no trespassing at any time on any of the Town triangles. There shall be no trespassing in parks and playgrounds from one hour after sunset to one hour before sunrise on any day. No use shall be made of Town forest and Town farm grounds from sunset to sunrise except with the special permission of the Selectmen.
