A. 
On the following bridges and streets or parts of streets, by authority granted by § 4902(a) of the Vehicle Code,[1] it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drive any vehicle or combination having a gross weight in excess of the maximum prescribed below for that bridge or street or part of street, as the case may be:

B. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be prosecuted under §§ 4902(a) and (g-1) of the Vehicle Code,[2] and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $150 plus $150 for each 500 pounds, or part thereof, in excess of 3,000 pounds over the maximum allowable weight, and costs.

B. 
Provided: nothing in this section shall prohibit any person from driving an emergency vehicle on any of those streets or parts of streets, or from driving on any of those streets or parts of streets a truck or other commercial vehicle making local deliveries to or pickups from premises located along that street or part of a street.
C. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.

A. 
Definitions. The following words and terms, as used in this section, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE
Any motor vehicle or trailer, motorized, whether camping or not, designed for recreation, including camping, boating, travel, leisure, or similar activity. Specifically included in this definition, without limitation, is house trailers, motor homes, camper trailers, boat trailers, utility trailers, reconstructed vehicles, camper or sleeper trucks and camper and utility vans.
B. 
No motorized recreational vehicles or unmotorized recreational vehicles greater than 10 feet in length shall be parked, located or allowed to stand on any private or public roadway or street of the Borough of Folcroft which is within the areas zoned residential (A, A-1, R) at any time.
C. 
Penalty. Any person or individual who shall violate any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $300 and costs subject to the enforcement provisions and penalties contained in Chapter 600, Zoning.

Definitions. The following words and terms, as used in this section, shall have the meanings respectfully ascribed to them in this section, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
COMMERCIAL VEHICLE
A motor vehicle designed or used to transport passengers or property:
(1) 
If the vehicle has a gross vehicle weight rating of 26,001 or more pounds or such lesser rating as the Department of Motor Vehicles shall adopt under their applicable provisions.
(2) 
If the vehicle is designed to transport 10 or more passengers.
(3) 
If the vehicle is a school bus.
(4) 
If the vehicle is transporting hazardous materials.
(5) 
Motorized construction equipment.
(6) 
Trucks with snowplow attachments during non-snow events.
(7) 
If the vehicle has permanent decals depicting a for-profit organization or company.
(8) 
If the vehicle has ladder racks or other general contractor equipment in plain sight that is used for commercial purposes.
TRACTOR
A truck with a driver's cab and no body which is used for hauling (large) trailers.
B. 
No commercial vehicle with a gross weight exceeding 10,000 pounds or which has more than two axles, nor any tractor, shall be parked, located or allowed to stand in any areas of the Borough of Folcroft which are zoned residential (A, A-1, and R) between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m., prevailing time.
C. 
Penalty. Any person or individual who shall violate any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $300 and costs subject to the enforcement provisions and penalties contained in Chapter 600, Zoning.
