There shall be development plan review for uses that are permitted
by right under the Zoning Ordinance. Applicable uses for review by
development plan review are as authorized in the Land Development
and Subdivision Regulations.
The permitting authority shall be as designated in the Land
Development and Subdivision Regulations.
Design of all projects under this section shall be consistent
with the provisions of the Land Development and Subdivision Regulations
for site design.
The authorized permitting authority may grant waivers of the
design standards as they are set forth in the Land Development and
Subdivision Regulations.
A rejection of the decision shall be an appealable decision
pursuant to R.I.G.L. § 45-23-71.
