A. 
Kerosene heaters are hereby prohibited from use in all residential dwellings with the exception of single-family dwellings within the Borough of Folcroft. This prohibition shall apply to apartment buildings, rooming houses, and single-family dwellings which have been converted to apartment use.
B. 
All persons using kerosene heaters in single-family dwellings must strictly adhere to the manufacturer's instructions.
Not more than 10 gallons of kerosene shall be stored in any residential dwelling or in any garage which is attached to a residential dwelling. Reservoirs of portable kerosene heaters shall not be filled within any building.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this article, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this article continues shall constitute a separate offense.
