A. 
Parking shall be prohibited in the following locations at all times on the days and between the hours indicated in this section, as follows:

B. 
Permit for excepted streets.
(1) 
Residents of Patriot Drive, Independence Way, Barness Lane, Coventry Road, Hamilton Street, and Honey Hollow Lane are entitled to one parking spot per household directly adjacent to the property frontage.
(2) 
Each overnight spot is permitted only for standard-size vehicles.
(3) 
Residents who wish to utilize this dedicated spot must apply and receive a permit from the Borough and display a placard visible on the rearview mirror of the vehicle when parked during overnight hours. The fee for the permit will be set by way of resolution.
(4) 
Nonresidents, or residents who have not received a permit, may not park overnight on Patriot Drive, Independence Way, Barness Lane, Coventry Road, Hamilton Street, or Honey Hollow Lane.
(5) 
Parking permits will be issued for one calendar year. The permits will be in effect at 12:01 a.m. on January 1 and expire at 12:00 midnight on December 31 of each new year. The date of purchase of a permit does not impact or alter the date of expiration of a permit.

B. 
Parking in the Borough parking lots adjacent to park and recreation facilities, with the exception of the parking lot at 40 North Main Street, shall be prohibited between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Any person who shall park a motor vehicle in a fire zone in violation of the terms of this article shall be issued a citation by the Fire Marshal, his deputies or members of the Central Bucks Regional Police Department. The citation shall provide that the motorist may pay the fine by paying the sum of $5 at the Borough Hall within 48 hours, or a summons shall be issued pursuant to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code,[1] and a fine of $75, plus costs, will be levied.

Any person violating any provision of this article, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25, plus costs. Each day that a violation of this article continues or each section of this article which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
