Hereafter, all persons, firms or corporations shall put or place
garbage and rubbish in the same container, securely covered so as
to prevent the material to be collected from spilling or being blown
onto or about the streets or sidewalks of the Borough or on the public
or private property in the Borough.
Said garbage and rubbish shall be in such type of containers
as the proper committee of the Borough shall designate from time to
time by at least 10 days' notice by handbills or newspaper publication.
Plastic trash bags which are tied so that rubbish and garbage will
not litter the neighborhood are acceptable containers for rubbish
and garbage to be collected from residential dwellings in the Borough
of Folcroft by the Borough trash collector.
The hours and days of collection shall be announced by the Borough
by proper notice, and said days and hours may be changed from time
to time by said committees, after due notice as above to all households
and others.
