Compensation for members of Borough Council is hereby fixed
at a rate of $0.
[Amended 4-11-2017 by Ord. No. 433]
Compensation for the Mayor is hereby fixed at a rate of $0.
The compensation set hereby shall not be payable to the Mayor
presently in office during her current term, unless paid pursuant
to Ordinance 367 of the Borough of Chalfont.[1]

was repealed 10-13-2009 by Ord. No. 388.
The compensation established and fixed hereby shall be paid
monthly or quarterly as determined by the Borough Manager.
