§ 146-12 No exemption granted.

Pursuant to § 487(8) of the New York State Real Property Tax Law, no exemption shall be granted under § 487 of the New York State Real Property Tax Law with respect to any solar or wind energy systems in the Town of Colton, St. Lawrence County, New York.
