The real property tax exemption provided in § 487
of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York for solar or
wind energy systems or waste energy systems shall not be applicable
nor available to real property within the Village of Angola, New York,
it being the express intention of the Village Board to exercise the
opt-out provision afforded by § 487.
