Biochemical oxygen demand sewer charge. The additional charge as set forth in Chapter 219 of the Henrietta Town Code with respect to biochemical oxygen demand shall be as follows:

Sewer rents. Consistent with Chapter 219 of the Henrietta Town Code, sewer rents shall be as follows:

Residential property. For each residential unit, there shall be an
annual sewer rent charge, which shall be established by the Town Board.
Such charge will be kept on file with the Town Clerk.

Nonresidential property. On a quarterly basis, the charge shall be
