The St. Louis County Explosives Code, as amended, which was
adopted by the County of St. Louis by Ord. No. 17,057 on June 6, 1994,
and any subsequent amendments thereto, is hereby adopted as the Explosives
Code of the City of Twin Oaks, Missouri, as if fully set out in this
Section.
