§ 130-55 Enforcement of excessive or unusual noise from vehicle's exhaust.

Enforcement of any excessive or unusual noise within the Township coming from a vehicle's muffler, including what is known as "engine braking," shall be done through the applicable state statute found at N.J.S.A. 39:3-70.
