Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:48-1 and 40:49-2, the Borough of Edgewater
hereby authorizes all departments to accept credit card payments for
municipal fees, effective May 1, 2017.
Effective May 1, 2017, the Borough of Edgewater shall accept
credit card payments for municipal fees. The credit card payment program
shall be implemented and supervised by the Administrator in conjunction
with the IT Department.
The convenience fee for credit card payments shall be 2.75%
of the overall fee.
