[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of North
Brentwood as Ch. II, Art. 5, Title 1, Sec. 2-5101, of the 1990 Code
of Ordinances. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The state and county assessments made, from time to time, by
the Supervisor of Assessments of Prince George's County, Maryland,
against all real and personal property in the Town of North Brentwood,
are hereby adopted as the assessments for the Town of North Brentwood
on which all property taxes shall be levied.
The Town Clerk shall make a list of the amount assessed of all
real and personal property in the Town of North Brentwood, from the
assessment records of the Supervisor of Assessments for Prince George's
County and shall deliver same to the Town Treasurer on or before the
first day of June in each year.
