It is the duty of every police officer of the Town of North Brentwood to preserve the peace and good order of the Town, to arrest without warrant and to take before a Justice of the Peace, any person found violating any ordinance, resolution, or regulation of the Town, or any law of this county or state.
All arrests made by the police of North Brentwood shall be recorded on a docket in the North Brentwood police office.
