All subdivision and land development within the Township that are wholly or partly situated in an identified floodplain area must conform to the provisions of Chapter 8, Floodplain Management, of the Code of Ordinances of the Township of Forward in addition to all other regulations herein. Any conflict between the regulations shall be resolved by having the higher or more restrictive standard apply.
