A.
It shall be unlawful within the Township of Edgewater Park for any
person to urinate or defecate in an area not designated for such acts
when that person knows, or reasonably expects, that such acts will
be observed by other nonconsenting persons who would be affronted
or alarmed.
B.
The prohibitions of this article apply to, but are not limited to,
any street, avenue, highway, road, lane, alleyway, store, business,
public park, or other recreational facility of land located in the
Township of Edgewater Park.
