The provisions of § 66.0435, Wis. Stats., and the
definitions therein are hereby adopted by reference.
There is hereby imposed on each occupied, nonexempt mobile home
located in the Village a monthly parking fee as determined in accordance
with § 66.0435, Wis. Stats. Such fees shall be paid to the
Village Treasurer on or before the 10th day of the month following
the month for which such fees are due.

No person shall establish or operate upon property owned or
controlled by him within the Village a mobile home park without having
first secured a license therefor from the Village Clerk. The application
for such license shall be accompanied by a fee as set from time to
time by resolution of the Village Board. The license shall expire
one year from the date of issuance. Such parks shall comply with Ch.
SPS 326, Wis. Adm. Code, which is hereby adopted by reference.
Four thousand square feet of land shall be required for each
mobile home or 3,500 square feet for each mobile home unit if 500
square feet of land is set aside for park purposes for each mobile
home unit, such park to be maintained and operated by the licensee.
No person may, after the effective date of this chapter, park
a trailer home or mobile home other than on a temporary basis for
longer than two weeks on any real estate within the Village other
than in a mobile home park authorized and licensed by the Village.
In addition to the revocation, suspension or nonrenewal of any license or permit issued under this chapter, any person found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter
1, §
1-2, of this Code.
