The Board of Aldermen shall, at every other regular April board
meeting, appoint a City Water Commissioner to hold office for two
(2) years. Any person so appointed shall possess and maintain such
certification as required by law.

It shall be the duty of the City Water Commissioner to have
general supervision over the water system of the City and work together
with the Board of Aldermen to determine the best means for maintaining
and improving any part of the City water system.
