Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Art. III,
Tree Limbs and Branches, adopted 10-22-2018 by Ord. No. 2018-003.
The Township Yard on Fairhill Road is hereby closed and will
no longer accept yard waste.
Disposing of yard waste at the Township Yard on Fairhill Road,
at the Township Building or at any other facility owned by Hilltown
Township is prohibited.
A.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of
this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a
fine of not less than $300 or more than $1,000 plus costs, and, in
default of payment of said fine and cost, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 30 days.
B.
This article may be enforced by the Hilltown Township Police or by
the Hilltown Township Zoning Officer.
If any sentence, clause, section, subsection or part of this
article is for any reason found to be unconstitutional, illegal or
invalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity shall
not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses,
sections, subsections or parts of this article. It is hereby declared
as the intent of the Township of Hilltown that this article would
have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid sentence,
clause, section, subsection or part thereof not been included herein.
