As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
A building, part of a building, or outdoor area for housing
motion-picture shows.
No person, firm, corporation or association shall operate a theater on any premises under his, her or its charge, custody or control without first having obtained a license per the requirements set forth in Article I of this chapter.
