Any person violating any provision of this chapter or any rules
and regulations duly promulgated by the Public Works Department pursuant
to this chapter shall upon conviction be subject to a fine of not
more than $200 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 30 days
or both. Each and every violation of any provision of this chapter
shall constitute a separate violation.
