4-2. As Joint sponsor with Wolf Township for the stream clearance of Muncy Creek, south of Shady Nook Dam to East Water Street. [Resolution, 11/4/1957]
4-3. Providing for mutual aid and support police services between certain municipalities, authorizing and empowering personnel to act in and on behalf of the participating municipalities and providing the terms of such mutual aid and support police services.
