7-3. Untitled resolution directing the Authority to proceed at once with construction of a sewer system and sewage treatment plant. [Resolution, 2/9/1953]
7-4. Approving the plans and specifications for the sanitary sewers and sewage treatment plant proposed to be constructed by Hughesville Borough Authority for the Borough of Hughesville and for the storm sewers proposed to be constructed by the Borough of Hughesville; approving the form of advertisement for proposals for construction of said storm sewers and authorizing publication thereof; and approving the estimated costs of said sanitary sewers, storm sewers and sewage treatment plant.
